I provide practical, approachable and evidence-informed support that considers the person behind the performer. My work helps athletes understand themselves, manage pressure and take meaningful action towards their goals. I have particular experience supporting young athletes across football, education and complex social environments. Sessions are collaborative, engaging and adapted to the athlete’s age, needs, identity and sporting context. As a SEPiT, my work is delivered within clear professional boundaries and supported through ongoing supervision.
